We are starting to hear some worrying stories. They are stories about:
- cuts to services
- people being charged more than they feel they can afford
- direct payments being stopped
We don’t understand how some of these decisions are being made. We don’t think people are getting the information they need to understand what is happening.
Please let us know if you are concerned. Your stories will help our Forum with their campaigns. We can also support you to complain about changes to your services.
